Join us for a Naturalist-led journey through the vibrant wetlands of Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park! This hands-on experience will immerse you in the wonders of wetland ecosystems. Learn why these habitats are vital to Florida’s environment, dip-net for fascinating river critters, and explore the hidden world of micro-flora and micro-fauna through our microscopes.
👟 Expect to get wet! We'll be walking through shallow water (up to knee-deep), so bring:
• Close-toed shoes that can get wet
• Water
• Bug spray
• Sunscreen
👨👧 All participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
